All units
require a 30 Day minimum lease. All rates include
electricity, water and basic cable. Additional cable
channels and services, including high speed Internet access,
are available directly through
Comporium
Communications.

information on fees and terms. Our units do not include
telephone service, but are already wired. To hook up a
telephone or outlet for dial-up Internet access, see

Each unit
requires a security deposit of $300. This deposit is
returned with 30 days of the end of your stay with us,
provided the following conditions are met:
- The until
must be cleaned in all areas (bathrooms, bedrooms,
kitchens, den, appliances, floors, etc) and keys turned in
to the Latham Company office in the same or better
condition than when occupant moved in.
- Proper
notice is given. We require a seven (7) day move out
notice.
- All due
rent has been paid.
- All other
terms on this page have been met or have not been
violated.
We do allow
pets under 20 pounds with a $100, non refundable pet fee. This fee applies
per pet. We reserve the right to limit the number of pets,
as well as, certain dogs that could be dangerous or
inconvenient to our other guest. Neglect of paying the Pet Fee will result in
loss of deposit if it is determined that pets were in the
unit for any period of time.
We have a 2
adult per unit maximum occupancy in all studios and a 3
Adult maximum, per unit, on all 1 and 2 bedrooms, unless prior arrangements have
through the Latham Company office. |
