All units require a 30 Day minimum lease, with a seven day notice to vacate. All rates include electricity, water and basic cable. Additional cable channels and services, including high speed Internet access, are available directly through Comporium Communications. Our units do not include telephone service, but are already wired.

Each unit requires a security deposit of $300. This deposit is returned with 30 days of the end of your stay with us, provided the unit is returned to us in the same condition as move in. We do allow pets under 20 pounds with a $100 per pet, non refundable pet fee. We reserve the right to limit the number of pets, as well as, certain dogs that could be dangerous or inconvenient to our other guest. We have a 2 adult per unit maximum occupancy in all studios and a 3 Adult maximum, per unit, on all 1 and 2 bedrooms.
